Goal
- To train assertive behaviour (Both to communicate a news or opinion and to say no)
- Skills to respect the other and oneself.

- To train skills (conversational and attitude) about how to tell someone who does something wrong and motivate them to grow professionally

PACK: ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION + DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
Goals
- To train assertive behaviour
- To train a greater forcefulness, without attacking, and a
- Greater effectiveness and positive vision about difficult conversations
- Pre-work involves the filling of a brief survey by the participants and (if needed) a conversation with the person in charge of the company (or department)

DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS 1
This block is addressed, generally, to improve “giving feedback and handling complaints”
Goals
- To train a greater forcefulness, without aggression, and a greater effectiveness and positive vision of this type of conversations
- What difficult conversations are? What makes them difficult?
- Concerns: How to deal with them?
- What depends on me and what does not
- Placing "responsibility" where it is appropriated
- Handling "my obstacles" + the part I can handle of the obstacles "from the other"
- Role games designed according to the answers of a previous survey of participants

(very convenient to have previously completed the cycle 1 of difficult conversations)
This block is usually addressed to Confrontations or difficult Requests or Giving bad news or Saying NO to someone (which is assertive behaviour)

- to train a greater forcefulness / impact, without attacking, and a greater effectiveness and a very positive vision of this type of conversations (Confrontations + Difficult requests + Give bad news + Say NO to someone)
- Greater awareness of what depends on me and what does not
- Improve the ability to understand what motivates the other
- Improve the handling of "my obstacles" + the part I can handle of the obstacles "of the other"
- Role games designed according to the responses of the participants to a previous survey
